What we collect
Inquiry forms collect the names of adults, email, student grade, region and your message. We do not collect student names or sensitive data through public forms.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, to let you know when a group forms in your region, and, only if you opt in, to send occasional program updates.
Who processes it
Form submissions are stored by our website provider (Wix) and read by Deep and Wide Foundation staff. We do not sell or share personal information.
Marketing choices
Newsletter sign-up is a separate, optional choice. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry records are kept while a program relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward. To request a copy or deletion of your information, email go@deepandwide.org.
Photos and video
We ask for written permission before using photos or video of students in any public materials.
