Program terms
Eligibility
The program is for students in grades 9–12. A parent or guardian must submit the inquiry and sign the enrollment agreement.
Fees and payment schedule
Fees and payment schedules are provided individually for each program before registration.
What is included and excluded
Each program information packet lists what is included, such as gatherings, materials, supervision, lodging and meals where applicable, and what is not included, such as airfare, personal spending and any visa or passport costs.
Travel scope and airfare
Trips during school breaks are an important part of the program, and we strongly encourage every student to take part. For travel experiences, airfare is arranged as described in the program information packet.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are stated in each program’s enrollment agreement before registration.
Changes to schedule
Deep and Wide Foundation may adjust dates, locations, activities or schedules for safety or operational reasons and will inform families as early as possible.
Conduct
Students agree to the program’s code of conduct. Serious or repeated violations may end participation.
